Transactions

Buyers and sellers are responsible for communicating, negotiating, and fulfilling transactions, including payment and delivery arrangements.
Ngwaahia is not responsible for disputes between users but may assist in facilitating resolution where possible.

Fees

Ngwaahia may charge fees for certain premium features or services in the future. We will notify you of any fees before you incur them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may also stop using the app at any time.

Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, and app content provided by Ngwaahia are our property or licensed to us. You may not use our branding without permission.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not responsible for products sold by users, nor for actions taken by other users on the platform.
